In his current role, Jasdeep Juneja is involved in looking after the applicable compliances on the Arka Credit Fund. A highly skilled individual, he has experience in corporate governance, regulatory governance, and legal advisory services.

In Jasdeep Juneja’s last role, he worked for a listed non-banking financial company in the digital lending domain, where he looked after regulatory compliances, and drafted and vetted contracts. With a robust background of more than 3 years as a Company Secretary and Legal Advisor, he has gained extensive knowledge in handling complex matters related to the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). 

Jasdeep Juneja holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Prestige - Department of Law (DAVV University) and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
